"Just a little longer..." forever

Finally decided to check the reviews for this app since IT CANT BE JUST US (and its not!)
Sadly the game could never quite finish loading --the onscreen did finish but then instructed to "finish setting up our quiz begin" aka waiting on the iOS / app. This, despite several patient attempts at different times and on different devices, by well-tech-knowledgeable individuals. We even tried all the reboots and resets possible with software and hardware -the app the Cast the TV the wifi the signal the channel hah -etc..
